Hi, I’m Cassie Marns - Founder of Marns Marketing.
I’m a Yorkshire-based marketing leader with over a decade of experience helping businesses grow through clear strategy, creative thinking and measurable results.
After years leading in-house marketing teams across fast-paced, high-growth industries, I launched Marns Marketing to give SMEs access to flexible senior-level support - without the jargon, the agency fluff or the full-time cost.
My approach is simple: understand your goals, focus on what works and deliver marketing that makes a commercial impact. I believe good marketing isn’t about doing more - it’s about doing what matters.

I’m a mum, stepmum, wife, footballer and a big believer in balance - both in life and in business.
On the pitch, I love the teamwork, strategy and quick thinking that football demands - the same qualities that underpin great marketing. Off the pitch, I’m juggling family life, clients and my own business (so I understand what it’s like to wear multiple hats!).
That mix keeps me grounded, practical and empathetic - I know the real challenges business owners face, because I live them too.
